who are you

As a Technical Recruiter you have at least 5 years experience of full life cycle recruiting. You have experience in technology industry, EMS or staffing firm. You have a good sense what is urgent and what can wait. You can recruit different positions at the same time. You can work under pressure and with minimum guidance provide. Also, you have:

  • A bachelor’s degree in human resources or relevant field
  • Knowledge of recruiting tools and tracking systems such as SAP Success Factors
  • The ability to consistently contribute at high-level in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
  • Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written
  • Experience and proven track record with sourcing, engaging, and enabling passive candidates

what will you do

The Technical Recruiter will source and build candidate pip lines for technical and professional positions. You will coordinate en schedule interviews (by phone screen of on-site). You will also facilitate the overall process to create a top interview experience. As Technical Recruiter you will work with the HR Business Partner. This for designing a competitive compensation package. Also, you will:

  • Review job description regularly and provide feedbacks to managers. And upgrade external job posting to attract and hire the best talents
  • Proactively identify and recruit passive candidates while maintaining long-term relationships with them
  • Use sourcing strategies and channels, and internal referrals to provide high quality candidates for open positions
  • Achieve the hiring targets, including time to fill, cost per hire, university hiring and diversity goals
  • Collect and analyze recruitment data, prepare recruitment related reports to continuously improve recruitment process
  • Provide training to managers regarding the company recruitment process and system
  • Build relationships internally as well as with local colleges and universities and attend career fairs
