We’re seeking an Associate Supply Chain specializing in Returns Management at our pharmaceutical client in Breda. Responsibilities include coordinating returns, managing metrics, ensuring compliance with regulations, and cooperating with stakeholders. who are you

We are looking for a candidate with a Master’s or Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of two years of experience in Supply Chain within a GMP and/or GDP-regulated industry. Strong multitasking abilities and advanced communication skills are essential. The ideal candidate should possess excellent problem-solving skills, be a proactive self-starter and show leadership in executing process improvements.

  • Fluent in the English language;
  • Lean Six Sigma certification is a plus.

what will you do

You will monitor and coordinate the returns of Finished Drug Products (FDP) to Amgen sites and locations. The return products come from various locations in Europe and the Middle East. You will be the main point of contact for issues, mainly with carriers. You will not be in direct contact with customers but will take care of coordination of issues between carrier, complaint management, etc. You ensure all relevant supply chain activities comply with applicable regulations. Such as GDP, GMP and SOX. You will maintain and manage metrics and dashboards related to returns under the GSHE (Global Supply Hub Euerope) scope. Also you present these metrics and dashboards during monthly meetings with stakeholders or whenever necessary.

  • Participate in internal and external audits as needed;
  • Provide feedback to the transportation team regarding return complaints and follow up on the outcomes discussed during the meetings;
  • Coordinate with related stakeholders daily to ensure timely completion of required actions from the reverse logistics tracking tool’s exception list;
  • Identify potential issues and drive continuous improvement to increase effectiveness and efficiency within processes.
