who are you
As the perfect candidate for this German-speaking Customer Support Representative role:
- You have great verbal and written communication skills in both English and German
- You have an interest for sales and willing to learn and work in a sales environment
- You have 2 years+ experience with customer service or sales support, administration roles preferably within IT but not mandatory
- You are goal-oriented, being able to work independently and under stress
- You are good with numbers to ensure understanding of varied discount structures, currencies and quote proposals
what will you do
Some of the tasks of the role the German-speaking Customer Support Representative are:
- Handling customers queries, either directly or assisting Account Managers, on software product, licensing, prices, payment information and order status
- Create quotes for new software licenses for new customers and follow up on other to win business from new and existing customers
- Collaborate with Account Manager, Tech Support, Finance and external parties to ensure customer satisfaction
- Accurately process and deliver customer order by email

Our client is an international software distributor company expanding here in the Netherlands. The company has over 125,000 customers in over 180 countries. They are moving into a new office located in the city center of Amsterdam.
