We are currently looking for enthusiastic interns for the Biophysical and Protein Analytics team of the Analytical Development department within J&J Innovative Medicine ( formerly Janssen Biologics).

Start date is as soon as possible. You will be available for at least 6 months, 24 to 40 hours per week.

who are you

You are currently pursuing an MLO 3-4/HLO degree in Chemistry, Microbiology/Virology or Molecular Biology, for example.

You are a team player who works independently and accurately. In addition, you understand how important your work is for the quality control of our medicines.
A good command of the English language is important (both oral and written).

Furthermore, it is a plus if you have developed other talents through extra curricular activities, such as a side job or club work.

  • You have interest or experience in bioanalysis (UPLC/HPLC, capillary electrophoresis, DLS, MALS, Mass Spec, IR. Practical experience in mass spectrometry is highly appreciated.
  • You have knowledge of MS office. Knowledge of Pyrhon, R or Empower 3.0 is an advantage.
  • Fluent English, both spoken and written

In addition to gaining substantive knowledge, you will have the opportunity to participate in projects within the BPA teams. These are challenging projects with work that can be included in a thesis and/or publication.
